We offer everything from general weight loss programs through to highly specific sports conditioning programmes.

We tailor programs for a wide range of clients from general fitness improvement/ weight/inch loss, through to injury rehabilitation or sports specific training programs to aid a chosen sport.  Looking at the required muscle actions and groups that are involved in your particular sport enables us to improve your speed, flexibility, muscle strength & balance, core stability and help your body feel and perform better.

You’ll learn to perfect your technique and maintain sufficient pace and intensity to bring about optimum results in your training. You’ll certainly work hard, but we guarantee you’ll find it extremely rewarding and fun.
